Green chutney is a multi purpose chutney, be it-pakoras, sandwiches, dosa, idlis and most important 'CHAATS'. Its a must have in every house. 
Green chutney can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days,

Ingredients

- 1 big bunch coriander leaves(washed and roughly chopped)
 - 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
 - 2 green chillies
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1/2 inch ginger
 - 1 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp cumin seeds
 - 1 tsp oil
 - 1 tsp sugar
 - pinch hing (asafetida)
 
- Grind all the ingredients except coriander leaves into a fine paste.
 - Add coriander leaves little at a time and grind to a fine paste,add water if required.
