I don't have a story behind every dish
- 2 cups sweet corn (frozen)
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
- Thaw frozen corn and place it in a deep vessel, add water and salt and cook for few minutes till the corn is done (do not over cook)
- Transfer the corn to a mixing bowl, add few tablespoons of water the corn was cooked in. Now add butter, pepper, salt and lemon juice .Mix well and serve hot.
