Comfort food for us is hot ganji , omelet and refreshing coriander coconut chutney

- 2 cups fresh coconut
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 marble sized tamarind
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 green chillies
- salt to taste
Method
- Grind all the ingredients using little water to a fine paste.
- Serve with rice, dosa or sandwich filling.
