Helloo Charlie,
ReplyDeleteI have heard a lot abt this dish from my husband as he has done his studies in Mangalore and is so fond of mangalore dishes.so when i saw ur recipe thought of trying it out and I did ,as i have not tasted or seen this dish i dont know whether i have done it in the right way.I have to wait till my husband tastes it.Look wise my dish is bit darker in shade i think it's because of the coconut. How far we should roast the coconut until dark brown or just a light brown ? Thanks for this recipe
Rose
