sorry for the late reply, actually if you see my blog I don't have mutton recipes,we do not prepare mutton at home coz my mom does not eat mutton(i personally love mutton). But the recipes for mutton sukka and mutton ghassi is exactly same as chicken sukka and chicken ghassi, its just that mutton takes long to cook, hope this was helpful.

  12. Helloo Charlie,
I have heard a lot abt this dish from my husband as he has done his studies in Mangalore and is so fond of mangalore dishes.so when i saw ur recipe thought of trying it out and I did ,as i have not tasted or seen this dish i dont know whether i have done it in the right way.I have to wait till my husband tastes it.Look wise my dish is bit darker in shade i think it's because of the coconut. How far we should roast the coconut until dark brown or just a light brown ? Thanks for this recipe
