raita


Ingredients
Print this recipe
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small cucumber (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (slit)
  • 3 tbsp corainder leaves (finely chopped)
method

Mix all the ingedients and pour into a serving dish. Serve with ghee rice, vegetable puloa and peas puloa.
