Barbeque Sunday - Italian Pasta Salad

Print this recipe
  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Italian dressing


  1. Mix in all the vegetables and pasta. Add pepper and salt. Pour 3/4 cup of Italian dressing and toss everything until well combined.Place in the refrigerator.
  2. Pour the remaining dressing just before serving the salad and mix well.
  3. This salad tastes best when served cold.
